After having watched both videos it is easier to identify lesson phases and their tasks. I want to underline that in the second lesson students speaking time was longer due to following reasons: positive and encouraging teacher's attitude, clear explanation of the educational tasks, proper lesson preparation (a good choise of activities and cards with students names for establishing a better teacher and students rapport).
