This unit consists of some basic information about qualities of a good teacher and qualities of a good learner. A good teacher has certain qualities such as being patient and being caring to the students, but most importantly, should know when to take on different roles in the classroom setting. I find the different roles most surprising in its variety, from being a role model into being a manager, teachers should learn to adjust their roles accordingly to the student's needs. The unit then goes into students and how age and culture can effect the student's learning progress. Lastly, the unit touches on how their English abilities can be evaluated into different levels.
