This unit is important because not all classes are identical some have different objectives spread across many levels of English. I found this unit particularly interesting as I hope to teach business English someday. The needs analysis process will be useful in identifying an individual student or classes needs and using this information to tailor learning material that helps achieve objectives the students set at the the start of the course.
