this is a really useful unit for teachers, and i have learned from it was while we write down the teaching plan, we should have some structures. and we need to follow the rule, it should be clear and simple. in other words, this can be a record for us to know what we teach in the class. we also can use it for the next class which has the same level. on the other hand, we should keep it flexible, which was quiet important for teachers, don't let the class be boring, balance between study and activity.
