Classroom management involves many factors such as seating arrangements, the teachers potion in the classroom throughout the lessons, the amount of teacher talk time as well as student talk time, establishing rapport, and discipline. The main goal here is to maximize the amount of student talk time. Teacher talk time is also import but not necessary for the whole lesson. Justified teacher talk time would be to provide a good source of natural, correct English in other words to model the language for the students. Its also justified when providing clear instructions. Students should never feel pressured to answer questions that they do not know the answer to. The atmosphere of the classroom should be a relaxed control feeling for the students to feel comfortable and willing to learn and engage with the language. Keep the class interesting and lively to avoid bad behavior. One of the causes of misbehavior is boredom. Another key thing to remember as a teacher is to demonstrate to the students the same respect you expect them to to show to you.
