This unit explained what it takes to be a good teacher and the several different roles a teacher must take depending on the situation of the classroom. If a teacher was to take the wrong role, they could greatly affect the students ability to learn properly. The lesson then explained what it takes to be a good learner and the different motivations for different types of learners. It explained the differences in adult and young learners and the serval language levels which include, Beginner, Elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate, and advanced. I learned the consequences of what can happen when a teacher takes the wrong role or chooses one more over others. I also learned the wide range of language levels and how different adult and young learners are.
