This unit talks about management specifically classroom management. Having a good classroom management is very important because every behavior and attitude of students would rely to it. Based from my experiences, if a teacher has a good control with the classroom, everything will surely go smooth. But if you're a teacher with a poor capability of controlling the class then I doubt if the classroom will ever be a good environment for learning and at the same time teaching.
