This unit highlights the importance of the way a teacher goes about correcting the students. Teachers are recommended to keep corrections positive and avoid negative statements such as; 'Not quite' or 'That's not it.' Negative statements can discourage the students from ever answering confidently or at all. But positive statements encourage the students to continue trying and allow them to explore the language openly and therefore enjoy learning. This unit also went over the methods used to structure efficient lesson plans for different learning levels. It provided a variety of activities for each stage; Engage, Study and Activate. Those activities will provide a fun and comfortable enviornment for the students to explore the new vocabulary they will be learning.
