Technology is advancing rapidly and all aspects of teaching along with it. IWB's for example have significantly and visually changed classrooms in the last decade and I it is important to know how to use it, and also when. For example, IWB's are very helpful and can often reduce the teacher's requirements and help motivate otherwise uninterested and mostly visual students. However, it is also important not to use an IWB too much as many teachers still that a standard chalk-board or white-board are still beneficial as opposed to solely relying on the IWB. This lesson has helped put in perspective how to use the different technologies available for teachers such as myself and also provided to some of the different ways to integrate this technology into lesson plans.
