Evaluations and tests are the barometer of the teachers to weigh their students capacity or learning progress. Evaluations are not only conducted during the learning of the leanguage, it is also conducted even after you have learned the language. During the early years of my teaching career I didn't value the results or outcomes of the tests I conducted aside from having it recorded for my grade sheet though I valued my job and the development of my students's skills. I just realized few years later that not only It could help me know which students needs special attention or requires assistance to catch up with thee lessons, but also helps me which techniques I need to tune in order to help my students. So, it was more like me learning from their mistakes and becoming a great teacher with the use of evaluations and tests.
