I agree that lesson planning is a must do thing for every teacher. It helps your teaching flows smoothly, and gives you a clear guide to what you are going to do to meet your achievement. In my opinion, I think a good lesson plan should be in a simple format which shouldn't require all the information that this unit suggested. I think things like 'the anticipated problems and solution for students and teachers' could be left out from the form as when planning your lesson, you need to includes these anticipation and problems in the procedure phase already.
