After I learned this lesson, I have studied the skills that how to control and manage a class, especially for qualities to be a good teacher, and from the learner, the above materials and video have given us knowledge about how to get the point to teach the learner in a different age. The 3 important points that ITTT gave such as Motivation, Experience, Behavior from the different age learners are absolutely useful, that most similarly with a mentality of the student.
