This unit gives detailed explanation to teaching special groups, types of classes, advantages and disadvantages of each group. In my job I teach both Business English Learners and Younger Learners and this unit is quite useful for me to deal with specific problems. The unit gives all the possible problems that may occur in a class, advantages and disadvantages of each type, tips and techniques how to get the best of each class.
