I am already familiar with grammar, as I have taken it throughout my education, but it was very helpful to break it down into these simple parts. Reading through everything can be overwhelming, but even children can speak using complicated grammatical structures. This reassures me that someone, including myself, does not necessarily need to memorize every rule and its exceptions, because exposure to the language and hands on practice is sufficient to understand how a language works at its core. That being said, understanding the basic parts as presented in this lesson is key for someone who wants to speak with comprehensive fluency.
