There are several things to be considered when managing a class. Some of which are the students’ ages, the class size, etc. In order to have an effective classroom management, the teacher must show professionalism in executing the lessons by using appropriate gestures that would help the students have a better understanding of the message you are trying to convey, adjusting your voice when speaking according to the kind of students you have in class, being consistent with the words used in giving instructions, and building rapport between the students. The teacher must also give equal opportunities to all the students to establish a fun and healthy atmosphere in the classoom.
