In this unit I have understood the importance of the productive skills:speaking and writing.I have learned the difference between accuracy and fluency and how equally important they are and also the different activities involved: controlled activities,guided activities and creative communication.Also the different techniques to encourage interaction.For handwriting it can be extremely difficult for students that do not have an alphabet the same as the English alphabet and that special training may be needed for particular students.
