This unit provides me with a great amount of information which I have never thought of before. Besides serving as a role model who speaks fluent and accurate English, the teacher also serves as a boss who has to manage the discipline of the class. Moreover, the teacher also has to be very sensitive to the learners' emotions and personalities in order to establish a good rapport as well as a joyful learning environment. In order to be a good teacher, there are certainly many things to learn!
