This unit went over the basics of establishing and maintaining classroom control and rapport. It went over many methods of how to command control and ensure that students will pay attention and respect you as the teacher. It also explained how to deal with unruly kids and what methods are best to discipline kids and maintain control of the classroom. Very helpful soft skills that can help out when crazy stuff happens!
