In this unit we discussed and learned what constitutes good classroom management. This covered everything from eye contact, gestures, building rapport, group work, working in pairs and individual work. We also learned how the classroom structure (seating arrangements) as well as even the teacher's presentation of him or herself can impact the classroom management as a whole. this would include things like confidence, student relationships, remembering students names, and whether or not a teacher stands or sits and talk time. There are multiple aspects to a well run and managed classroom.
