This unit gives an overview of the present tenses including the simple, perfect, continuous and perfect continuous present tenses. It outlines the general rules for usage of each, how they are formed in affirmative, negative and question forms, and points out typical mistakes made by students of ESL. It is very helpful to see outlined the typical circumstances for the usage of each of these forms. I was surprised that the unit did not mention the fact that the verb "To Be" in the simple present, does not follow the typical pattern for the negative and question forms. (While we say "Does he have a .... ?" or "Do you want a ....?" we do not say "Does he be happy?" but rather "Is he happy?)
