That is a fairly decent rundown (overview) of grammar. I think grammar is more important than the course stresses. This is particularly true for adult learners. If an adult learner knows and understands grammar, his instructor should be able to take advantage of this opportunity and use it to help the learner with English. This chapter is more of what I thought this course would be focusing on.
