This lesson is about overcoming situations in the class the could cause trouble for the student to learn at their best. Many times, there are different levels of students and a teacher has to adjust for this so that a student doesn't get left out or an advanced student doesn't get bored. I like the idea of pairing weaker students with stronger ones. I think this will help bring out the weaker and more reluctant student.
