This unit was very similar to the unit on the Present tenses and I found it quite enjoyable.
Having recently revised the different present tense forms - simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous it was a good feeling to know that I was making progress with my grammar studies. I still need to concentrate on the usages of each tense and get them firmly fixed in my memory!
The sections on Common mistakes and errors were very useful as were the teaching ideas for the Activate stage of the lessons. More ideas to add to my collection.
As with the Present Tense unit it would be very useful to work my way through some Student and Teacher books so the forms and usages of the different past tenses will become very familiar.
You know what they say: " if you don't use it, you lose it."
