This unit has helped me to have a basic understanding of the dynamic of a normal classroom. It has also helped me differentiate the different roles of a teacher within the classroom. This has been enlightening in different ways. For instance, there is a lot to be balanced between being a participant and a manager or controller. I feel this is one of the hardest things a teacher can encounter in a classroom, in order not to overdo some activities and earn the respect of the students at the same time. It has also helped me in identifying the different levels of the student in order to determine the content to teach them.
