So interesting theme, planning classes. In my point of view it is only neccesary as strict as the unit show just in new teachers and in some specific cases. The unit itself says this, through veterans only uses few notes. But, all the teachers must plann the class, or getting into chaos and non-sense. Other subject to discuss is how you plann the class, and what it contains, but the unit give a concise base before classes to order them. Or, even, the course itself.
