I have learned adequately from the content of this unit especially on how a teacher can make use of his or her eye contacts with the students, along with universally known gesture and the power of voice to lead the learning of a class. It is also very important that the formation of classroom arrangement can effectively and efficiently influence the learning experience of a class. It is well noted that classroom arrangement and the way a teacher group a class of students will significantly spike up their interest during the learning process because a different approach can be stimulating and fun. On the other hand, maintaining discipline and preventing problematic behavior from students can be challenging task especially to new teachers. However, it lies within the inner power of the teacher to always stay positive and do his or her job to the utmost best. A good teacher will surely earn respect from his or her students hence making disciplinary issue nothing to be afraid of eventually.
