Discovering the "qualities of a good" teacher and the "role of a teacher" was helpful it assisted me to recognise where my strengths are and how I can work on my weaknesses. The challenge would be to move between the different roles effectively, a challenge to look forward to in this teaching role. I was inspired by the vision that we have to love teaching but just as important we have to love the students and look out for their interest so as they can learn more effectively. The relationship between the Student and the teacher is an important one and having been made aware of what constitutes a "good learner" and the "language level" that students are at has made me more confident to approach this teachers role. In general I enjoyed this unit it was enlightening and helpful.
