I have learned from this unit lesson planning can be formal or informal as long as the teacher is organized and flexible with the lesson plan. I learned it is important to be flexible and open to the needs of the classroom. Always having a guide on where to carry the lesson is important and that is why planning the lesson is important. The ESA is important to know for the benefit of carrying out a smooth transition between events in the class. I compared this unit while I was reading to my previous experience in training a group and how keeping flexible with the questions the learners are asking at the time of the lesson is okay and then continuing with the plan in a controlled manner reassures the learners the teacher is guiding them to success.
