Unit 5 discussed the different aspects of classroom management. The beginning of the unit touches on the fact that having an extroverted personality does not make one better than an introverted personality. I appreciated this perspective because I agree with it, some of my best teachers have been introverts a lot of great teachers are great listeners. The unit then elaborates on different communication techniques that are useful in the classroom, including gestures, eye-contact, and tone of voice. The unit also goes into detail regarding classroom arrangement, encouraging student talk, creating good rapport and discipline essentials.
