Unit 19 goes into detail about how to teach special classes such as multilingual and business ones. These classes need to be taught differently because they have a different kind of audience. Multilingual classes have the advantage that English might be the only common language the students speak. There is great potential for the students to learn because of that. In addition to that, business classes have the advantage that the students are generally older. Therefore, they are more likely to have chosen to take the class themselves which can be a great motivator to pass the class and learn a lot. These people usually need to learn English for their job which leads them to be more engaged.
