I learned from this lesson that the teachers attitude really dictates how the students will engage, learn and react. In the first lesson the teacher was very confusing and intimidating, He did not give a clear lesson point or instructions. He was not able to have good rapport with his students. One reason for this is he constantly told them no that they had the wrong answer instead of eliciting a correct one. The teachers activate stage was unfair and unorganized. In the second lesson the teacher engaged all his students with a smile and by saying their name. He gave clear instructions and encouraged the students which allowed them to be comfortable to speak.
