Phonemics is a topic I have actually studied in the past, just for personal interest (as well as for learning Hungarian), and thus was already familiar with most of the technical aspects of this chapter, though not so much on how they can be taught. I expect one of the more difficult things for me to teach (and notice myself) would be intonation, as it's so ingrained in English speakers that it's often not noticed at all.
