I, myself, have lived and studied in 4 different countries and worked with different cultures which showed me that students from different places tend to treat learning and teachers differently than others. As explain in the material, Chinese students tent to show lots of respect while they lack creativity. European and more western countries have a different classroom structure which allows for more creativity while there's a possibility of lack of respect.
I learned that it is a teachers responsibility to make sure to adapt the teaching style to each individual class room since every person learns differently and has different needs.
