Unit 10 videos showed 2 classroom lessons taught by the same teacher in two different manners. The first video was a joke. I felt tensed; I was watching someone do the complete opposite of how a lesson should look like for students of ESL. The second video I felt more relaxed and could follow more easily. The ESA in the lesson to get the students talking and speaking in English was well done in the second lesson. The students were saying out loud answers showing their understanding during the Engage phase. When the teacher was doing boardwalk before worksheets I learned the way to keep students working was to ask a question before turning to the board. I noticed that gave time for the teacher to write down what he was talking about on the board for the students and continue talking while looking towards the students.
