This unit brings back the ESA structure from Unit 3 and adds on techniques for vocabulary teaching. In particular ways/methods of teaching during the Engage, Study and Activate activities and what the lesson plans could include to get the full attention of the students. I feel when I become a teacher, falling into a trap of using only a couple study activities I am comfortable with and instead utilizing each activity for its potential for learning benefits will be key for student success and my success as a strong teacher. So, by learning there are this many study activities, it helps my drive to become a better teacher.
