Noun is the name of person, place or thing. There are countable and uncountable nouns. Common noun,proper noun, compound noun and collective nouns are the various forms of nouns. Intransitive verbs are not followed by anything. Adjectives describe the noun. Comparative and superlative are forms of adjectives. Adverbs describe the verb. They represent time,place,manner and frequency. Prepositions of time,place and movement are used to show the connection between things. Pronouns are used instead of a noun. They can be personal,reflective,relative or possessive pronouns. Gerunds are ing form of verbs. Articles are indefinite and definite. Infinitives have the to+ verb. Conjunctions are used to combine two sentences.
