I liked how this section covered all the details of the pros and cons of classroom set up and when it would be better to use one over another. This section also looked at all the ways a teacher an exercise control over the class using non verbal methods such as a simple look or gesture toward a student. I also found it useful to read about how to remain calm when dealing with a student who is causing in issue and some of the methods in dealing with the situation.
