Very important unit to describe lesson plans that are much needed for any lesson, one can see it as advance planning for lesson. Though every teacher should have their own plan for every lesson and topic but few key point everyone should keep in mind.. lesson plans or too much planning can make your lecture fixed and more teacher oriented but for inexperienced teacher it is difficult to be able to as flexible as required but if there is no proper plan then lesson may lack in direction.So need to maintain the balance in lesson plan should understood well.
