From this first unit,i learned a lot.Knowing that the teacher will have many different roles in classes.And also the teacher should be flexible.We should encourage the weaker students.We should vary our class condidering there are many kids or adults with differnt charistic.Also i learned that before we start a class,we probably should give a test to see the student's level.It'll be good and fair for the students.The teacher should be enthusiastic,sensitive,and motivated.
