This unit gave me plenty of new ideas on how to construct lessons and how to correct students. There are several different methods for teaching a lesson, but the most successful method is the ESA method. This method has three different sections: the first being to engaging the students to get them excited and talking, the second is a study section where students learn new information and receive correction, and the third where students activate their learning by doing activities which allow them to freely use their new language skills. When it comes to correcting a student it is critical to build up a student by using positive correction. A teacher should tell them several things they did well, so they remain motivated and see their own progress. A teacher should not correct everything, but instead focus on major mistakes that may become ingrained and mistakes regarding the current lesson.
