This unit gave a basic overview of the different methods used to teach, and examples of when to use each type of teaching style. It also covered different learning levels, and what is appropriate to teach each level. Other topics showcased included but were not limited to: how to keep class interesting and interactive, by not using purely repetitive lessons; keeping in mind the cultural background and age of students; and what qualities make a good teacher and a good learner.
