As a native speaker I mainly learned English by ear so this is a great refresher on the names of the present tenses and forms. I definitely take communication for granted as a native English speaker and though I always knew English was a difficult language to learn, this chapter emphases the difficulties non-native speakers will have as well as the difficulties I will likely have attempting to explain the rules, uses and reasons behind the difference present tenses. The chapter is a great reminder and source for when students inevitably get confused with the present tense(s).
