From this unit, I have got a clear picture of speaking and writing usage. Just like reading/listening, speaking and writing are both equally important.
For accuracy we need to be careful with spellings, punctuation, penmanship and layout. And of course while writing we definitely need to know the meaning of the vocabulary we are using.
Fluency is little easier then accuracy as speaking skills can be practiced through pair-work and games. As for accuracy it takes a little time to remember the spellings and punctuating to improve in writing skills.
