In this unit I`ve learned that there are many qualities that can make a person be an effective teacher in the classroom. That there are many different roles and it is very important for a teacher to know when to switch roles throughout the class. Also that there are many differences in adults and young learners. I have found that there are many reasons why people are motivated to study English and how to divide students on their language ability skills.
