This section gave some specifics needed to be effective teachers of EFL whether the target group is young beginners or a mixed mature audience wanting English for business.It pointed out that although young children have shorter attention and are full of energy they are also curious and learn like a sponge .Older people in the workplace might be more motivated to learn English but often they come tired and burdened with other things that can affect their learning.I did take on board that we as teachers can't control factors out of the classroom so to ensure progress be prepared,flexible,non judgemental and offer lively varied activities and materials.Encourage the use of English as much as possible.
