I was fascinated to read about how the affects of a good teacher could encourage students much more. The teacher has many roles and I find they are all valuable and useful in helping students learn. I really admire that they touch on the fact that teachers should be more considerate, patient, and kind when a student is struggling with a topic.
I love to encourage people and assist without enabling so it was something I could really understand well while reading the unit.
