I have learned a lot about the teacher`s roles and student`s motivation. Probably I should reduce my talk time in the lesson. Now it is clear to me that a good teacher should be able to find mutual understanding with any student in spite of the cultural differenses. Understanding of distinctions detween different levels of ability in the English language will help me organize students into groups better.
