This unit on Classroom Management reviewed various style-related practices to ensure an engaging and productive lesson, in a relaxing and enjoyable environment. A teacher does not to have a specific personality, but does need to have the right attitude and approach to ensure rapport and respect. Classroom arrangement and grouping students all require thought and preparation to avoid problems, and ensure maximum lesson dynamic and productivity. I enjoyed this material and found the points presented in the unit relatively simple to understand since I have diverse management – people and activity – experience.
