In this unit the four aspects of the present tense were explained:
1. Present simple
2. Present continuous
3. Present perfect
4. Present continuous
For each of aspect, the proper affirmative, negative and question forms were given. The correct usages for each were also listed and described with sample sentences provided for each. A useful list of Common Student Errors and Mistakes was given, which was very thought provoking when trying to apply the applicable form being discussed. Finally, some sample Activation stage teaching ideas was provided, which could be very useful for future classroom course planning.
