Unit 20 developed on trouble shooting and gave an overview of different areas when teaching a class that a teacher may face as problematic with teaching an ESL course. Many of these gave tips on how to conduct your first lesson, how to work with multi-level groups in a productive manner, how to engage the students and build rapport in order to achieve an active level of engagement from the students. It explained how to solve various technical problems as well with regards to use of native languages in class or problems with listening texts.
